We also collect personal identifying information that our Web visitors choose to provide to us (e.g., name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) when registering on our Web sites; ordering our products or services; sending us e-mail; responding to our surveys; entering contests or sweepstakes; or in connection with online ordering or billing functions. We use the personal identifying information of a customer to provide, confirm, change, bill, monitor and resolve problems with the quality of Eagleston Enterprises Inc. products and services. Our Secure SocketsLayer (SSL) certificate is posted on our website and is the industry standard. It is among the best available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal Information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. PAYMENT POLICY: Eagleston Enterprises Inc. accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, America Express, Check, cashiers check, and Wire Transfer. If other payment agreements need to be arranged please call our Accounting Department. We Care about customer's privacy and Eagleston Enterprises Inc. Does not disclose or discuss service order/ Invoice with other then customer signed. Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy All shipments will be shipped out using UPS. All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped. To help ensure an urgent order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, Eagleston Enterprises Inc. However we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. If, however, you are close enough to our California, Boston, Georgia or Florida warehouses, you can get Local Express Delivery for certain items. Ask about the shipping options for your product and we will do our best to ship out from the closest warehouse to your location. We strive for customer excellence and your order will be shipped promptly to the best of our ability. However, product availability and stock must be available in those warehouses to exercise those options. REFUND POLICY: Eagleston Enterprises Inc. Care about customer's privacy and Eagleston Enterprises Inc. Inc. Does not disclose or discuss service order/ Invoice with other then customer signed. If Eagleston Enterprises Inc. Has ordered parts for you payment is due at the time of order. Denial of payment Eagleston Enterprises Inc. will take action provided by law. Refunds on new items will only be honored if we have received the merchandise within 7 days of delivery and in some cases a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Eagleston Enterprises Inc. does not except wrongly ordered parts back. So be sure you check compatibility before ordering. You incur additional shipping charges or should arrange his own shipping and customer should deal with shipping companies by his own. No refunds on any used or refurbished merchandise. No Returns for Software & Printers. Eagleston Enterprises Inc. will not be responsible for loss or Damage caused by fire, theft, testing or any other causes beyond our control including acts of war and acts of Gods, or misuse. Eagleston Enterprises Inc. will not responsible for any data lose due to anything. For additional information please see the return policy. RETURN POLICY: RMA Eagleston Enterprises Inc. only provides 7 Days Exchange for in store New Products. Eagleston Enterprises Inc. Only provides 7 days DOA warranty (dead on arrival). Customer has to deal with Manufacturer by his own afterwards. Used or Refurbished products are not covered in any warranty by Eagleston Enterprises Inc. does not except any returns for used items. They are sold in as is condition and Eagleston Enterprises Inc. will only provide Dead on Arrival 7 days Exchange policy.A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise without exceptions. Used/Refurbished/Pulled products might have tear marks or scratches. They are sold “AS IS ". Customer must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise authorization number from us before returning products to us in case of Dead on Arrival. Copy of invoice/service order must be presented when return. Eagleston Enterprises Inc. Will not accept merchandise back with out receipt. Returned items must be in packed in its original boxes with all accessories and manuals included. Also final approval is contingent upon receipt and inspection of returned items, which must be received, in undamaged and good condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items in good condition and have been inspected by our technicians. Our Technicians will test products returned as defective. There will be a charge for testing products with no defects. Be sure you understand the status of any warranties your product(s) may have as Eagleston Enterprises Inc. charges for out of warranty work. RMA Number(s) must be written on each carton returned to carrier, all claims for shortage or damage goods must be made within three days after receipt of shipment. RMA Numbers given are good for 7 Days only. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Shipping and Handling charges will be deducted from any credits or refunds or RMA. Service charges are not refundable. If Eagleston Enterprises Inc. have provided you estimated charges for repair and you don't want to proceed for services or repairs, you must pay service charges. In case of denial of service charges Eagleston Enterprises Inc. Will take actions provided by law. So please make sure that you understand that Eagleston Enterprises Inc. Doesn’t offer any free services provided promised on service order /or invoice/or Eagleston Enterprises Inc. or our special offer emails. No Returns for Software & Printers.
